It
is a condition of all subcontracts and purchase orders issued by the
Company that transactions comply with corporate policy and safety rules
as well as applicable state, federal and local codes and regulations.
Quality
control and safety are not a corporate goal, they are a requirement.
We require subcontractors to have:
- Safety Plan in place
- General Liability Insurance
- Worker's Comp
Additional requirements
- All
construction personnel are drug tested and for some projects would
be required to wear identification badges.
- All
construction personnel will conduct themselves
appropriately — no tobacco, offensive language,
inappropriate clothing, etc.
- Sensitivity
to noise levels and other construction activities which would
disrupt client events.
- Two
week look ahead schedules will be given to the client each
week in order to apprise Owner of upcoming construction activities.
- Historically
underutilized businesses will be pursued to provide diversity.
- OSHA
safety standards strictly enforced.
- Texas
Accessibility Standards will be adhered to.
